The maintenance steps of the electric vehicle controller
1、检查电源管理电路,用万用表测量各点输出电压是否正确。如果有问题,找到损坏的元器件进行更换。如果各点电压正常,再进行其他查找。
1, check the power management circuit, use multimeter to measure the output voltage of each point is correct. If there is a problem, locate the damaged components and replace them. If the voltage of each point is normal, do other search.
2、检查与外部功能部件的接口。重点查找与转把和刹把的接口部分。在主控芯片上找到转把输入脚,转动转把,测量该点的电压值是否从小到大的电压变化(一般为1-4V)。但是如无变化,则说明是转把 输入回路有问题。如果正常,在主控芯片上找到刹 把输入脚,测量该脚的电压是否正常,一次来判断刹把输入回路是否有问题。
2, check the interface with the external functional components. Focus on the interface between the handle and the brake. On the master chip, turn the input pin and turn the handle to measure whether the voltage of the point varies from small to large (usually 1-4V). However, if there is no change, it means that there is a problem with the input circuit. If normal, the brake input pin is found on the main chip, and the voltage of the foot is measured normally.
3、检查主芯片。从线路板上找到PWM输出位置,转动转把,测量该点的电压值是否变化(一般为0- 5V)。如无变化,可判断是该芯片损坏。如果正常,往后面继续查找。
3. Check the main chip. Find out the PWM output position from the circuit board and turn the turn to measure whether the voltage value of the point is changed (usually 0- 5V). If there is no change, it can be judged that the chip is damaged. If normal, continue looking at the back.
4、检查功率管驱动电路。转动转把,测量MOS管的栅极电压值是否从小到大的电压变化。如果无变化,则说明该驱动回路除了问题,找到损坏的元器件进行更换,故障即排除。如果变化正常,说明驱动回路没有问题。此时,可判断该故障的原因是MOS功率管出现了断路损坏。
4. Check the power pipe drive circuit. Turn the handle to measure whether the gate voltage of the MOS tube changes from small to large. If there is no change, it is explained that the driving circuit, except for the problem, finds the damaged components to be replaced, and the trouble is eliminated. If the change is normal, there is no problem with the drive circuit. At this time, it can be judged that the cause of the fault is the breakage of MOS power transistor.
